P LAYCRAF T SYST EMS ® 14 QUAL I TY FABRICATION All of our steel components are manufactured from electro-galvanized steel and carefully cut to exact specifications. Robotic cutters and welders augment our production team who produce the smoothest welds and metal finishes in the industry. Our metal components are then hand-cleaned, phosphate- washed, and sealed thoroughly in a multi-stage bath before being sent to coating. COATINGS Our industry leading coatings provide exceptional corrosion resistance and long-lasting color to extend the life of your playground. After receiving a multi- stage phosphate bath, our components are sealed with a primer coat over the entire component, not just the welds. We then apply 2 coats of durable polyester TGIC powder coating to an average thickness of 11 mils, the thickest in the industry. The result is a fawless, beautiful finish unmatched by our competitors.
